The client acquired a rare plot on a low cliff directly by the Adriatic Sea. The goal was to create a sustainable, modular family home that could also be rented during part of the summer season. The house is designed to blend with the surroundings while maximizing views of the village bay, open sea, and nearby islands. On the lower part of the cliff, beneath the ground-floor terrace, a small spa with its own terrace provides a private retreat. An infinity pool extends toward the horizon, enhancing the seamless connection between the house and the sea.

The ground floor is an open-plan living space where the kitchen extends seamlessly to an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill. This level also includes an entertainment area with a cinema screen and a pool table. The upper floor features four en-suite bedrooms, each with access to a terrace that frames the coastal landscape. The design prioritizes sustainability and modular construction, ensuring minimal environmental impact while offering comfort and functionality for both family living and seasonal rental.
