The client purchased land in the Dingac area with an existing small stone house. The task was to reconstruct the house, which required demolition and rebuilding, and seamlessly merge it with a striking modern structure. To minimize the impact on the landscape, the new building was carefully embedded into the terrain, featuring a green roof that blends with the natural surroundings. Designed across three levels, it follows the contours of the land, creating a subtle yet elegant presence.
Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass openings frame breathtaking sea views and enhance the connection to nature. An outdoor 25-meter lap pool, heated by solar energy, extends toward the horizon, allowing for year-round swimming. The combination of traditional stone elements and contemporary design creates a home that respects the past while embracing modern living.
